Format: Theatrical Play

Review: "This is a classic low-budget comedy, turning its limitations into its strengths. A film set in Ireland, where two extras have their own plot aside from the main Hollywood stars...The most impressive aspect of this play lies in the skill and talent of two actors who have the ability to take every single role between them and perform with distinctive characterisations and rapid transformations. The audience is left feeling highly entertained by this rather any confusion arising. The two central roles, Jake and Charlie are performed in a more naturalistic style, and all the other characters are exaggerated and stylised, which is where the heart of the comedy appears to lie. The female roles, I think, are possibly the most impressive! There is a darker element to the play, which I personally feel is difficult to put across due to the overwhelming light-hearted tone that prevails throughout, but its success on this level appears to be down to matter of a opinion."
