Seeing the beauty through the pain. That's partly what this is all about. Does that sound pretentious? I guess it does. But I also happen to think that it's true.

The funeral is tomorrow. And it's pouring with rain, and apparently won't improve any time soon. It seems fitting somehow, rain at funerals.

Now I have to cook.
