How Soon Is Now?

A sudden and very welcome feeling of peace, sitting here after a weekend of watching films, babysitting, washing cars and following the news.

Whilst I never feel particularly low when winter sets in and the nights become longer, I always breathe a sigh of relief when the light returns. It's like a dear friend that you never quite realised you had missed.
