I was thinking last night. And have you ever noticed that sometimes, after you've had sex, you'll wake up the next morning with random aches, pains, bruises and scrapes? Now, I imagine that there are two possible explanations for this, one slightly more likely than the other:
1) That during the event, you became so wrapped up in what was going on that you didn't notice when you smashed your knee against the wall
2) That having sex changes your sleep pattern in some fundamental way, which in turn causes you to injure yourself during sleepSo, having established two possible explanations for this occurrence, and not really having the means to establish which is the more likely, I am creating a new, recognisable medical condition. PCID: Post-Coital Injury Disorder. A disorder whereby a person who has had sexual intercourse with another, wakes the next morning to discover minor injuries that they cannot remember causing accidentally, or having inflicted upon them.
